CD40-induced TRAF Degradation in Immune Regulation
Biography

My research focuses on the Epstein-Barr virus encoded CD40 mimic Latent membrane protein 1 (LMP1). Specifically, I am interested in how the TRAF binding site, through regulation of the TNF receptor associated factor (TRAF) adaptor signaling molecules, TRAF3&5, regulates some but not all LMP1 signaling outcomes.
